After six years of Morgenvogel Real Estate we started to think about how far the birdhouses did spread. It's not possible anymore to follow all the houses and their owners, but some people did help us and also told lots of good news about what's happening in their bird-neighbourhood.
Usually the tits are the first to occupy the houses, then come the sparrows and even a Kleiber (Eurasian nuthatch) is feeling well in the Steglitzer birdhood.
